By accessing or purchasing from Artisan Cheats ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Artisan Cheats regarding your use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase our products or create an account. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All products sold on Artisan Cheats are delivered as digital license keys or downloadable software. Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any product without our express written permission. Violation of this license will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to completed transactions.

Due to the digital and instantly-deliverable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a license key has been delivered or a product has been downloaded.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit any right to a refund. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, system requirements, and compatibility information before purchasing.

In exceptional circumstances where a product is demonstrably defective and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of your first report, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit toward a future purchase.

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass or circumvent any security measures or access controls.
• Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing license keys or software.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with our platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Artisan Cheats and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, either by email or a prominent notice on our website.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Artisan Cheats operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.
